Meet Your Host & Hostess

Ghazi & Cheyenne Muhammad, are Entrepreneurs and Real Estate investors who were living in Phoenix, Arizona. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, and as they were delivering their stillborn daughter, Kayaneh, they were forced to pivot. Selling their rental properties in Arizona, they purchased a 25-acre farm and wedding venue just west of Atlanta with the goal of becoming completely self-sufficient. In just one year Ghazi & Cheyenne created 25 streams of income from their land, quickly scaling to a 6-figure income all while growing more than 40 fruits, vegetables, and herbs and raising chickens, cows, sheep, ducks, and horses with no prior experience.

Over the last year and a half, through farm tours, field trips, conferences, expos and other events held on their land, Ghazi and Cheyenne are demonstrating that growing food is in the very nature of black people. They are teaching people to not only ensure food security but encouraging black people to become self-sufficient through land ownership and the development of multiple streams of income from the land.

Seeing an increasing interest in land ownership in the community, Ghazi & Cheyenne co-founded The Landpreneur Academy. The current offerings are The Landpreneur: How to Monetize Your Land with Little Money and No Experience and Land, Liberation, & Legacy: Solving the Cashflow Problem in Agri-Business.
